SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders ship within two weeks. Delays can happen because of shirt manufacturers or printing. We will contact you if that comes up. Transit time starts after the order ships.
United States
  • Up to 1 lb: $7
  • 1.01–4 lb: $12
    Allow 5–14 business days after shipment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for U.S. delivery.
Canada and Mexico
  • Up to 1 lb: $18
  • 1.01–4 lb: $30
    Allow 2–4 weeks (14–30 days) after shipment.
All other international destinations
  • Up to 1 lb: $25
  • 1.01–4 lb: $42
    Allow 2–4 weeks (14–30 days) after shipment.
Rates are based on total package weight (items plus packaging).
Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be charged customs fees, duties, or taxes by the destination country. Those charges are the customer’s responsibility. K-ZAP does not collect or refund them.

Tracking

We include tracking when the carrier provides it. Some international services have limited tracking after the package leaves the U.S.
Delays

Weather, the carrier, holidays, and customs can add time. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

Address

Please check the shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.
