If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase—whether it be a sizing issue, request for exchange, or anything else that pops up, here is what you can do…

 

Reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase via the Contact Form found under “Contact Us” or email us at support@k-zap.org. Provide us with your details regarding your purchase, including your name and picture of the product you are contacting us about, so that we can better understand what happened.

 

EXCHANGES

 

If you are looking to exchange for any reason, we will provide you with information to have you ship your purchase back to us. You will be responsible for the shipping charges of getting the product back to us. Once received, we will ship out your new product. Please reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase using the information listed above with a picture of the item. You are only able to exchange a product once.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

 

If you are looking to return a product for any reason and want a refund, please reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase and we will be happy to help you. Please provide a picture of the item you are wanting to return. You will be responsible for returning the item back to us and a 10% restocking fee. If you would like to return for store credit, a 10% restocking fee will not apply. Once the item is received, we will issue your refund or store credit.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

 

If for any reason the product you ordered is received damaged, please reach out to us using the information listed above and we will be happy to help.

 

CLOTHING MERCHANDISE CONDITION POLICY

 

We will not accept any or all clothing merchandise (shirts, hoodies, hats, etc) that have been washed or have any scents on them. These merchandise items are considered damaged and not suitable for return or exchange.
